Our response to the challenges of Covid-19

Enabling care organisations to run safe, dementia specific activities in 2020

Life-changing dementia activities are needed now more than ever and in light of Covid-19 having placed severe restrictions on all care organisations, we’ve introduced a contactless process to ensure the Happiness Programme remains accessible to all.

This means we can introduce our interactive light technology (also known as our magic table), train staff, and support care organisations to deliver incredible dementia-specific activities at a time when care teams across the UK and Ireland are under the greatest of strain.

Here’s how we’re making it easier to start the Happiness Programme, without the need for any face to face contact with care staff:

  • A contactless delivery, where a fully built magic table and stand is dropped at your door (or delivered by post).
  • A video training session to build staff and care team confidence in running brilliant activity sessions from the very first week.
  • Super hero support to help with set up, running sessions, monitoring performance and outcomes or extending use in to other areas of care.

Getting started couldn’t be easier.

The quickest and easiest way is to complete our online form. We’ll then be in touch to answer any questions you might have or you can submit a few more details and get started straight away.

Alternatively, you can send us an email at info@social-ability.co.uk or give us a call on 01732 373035.
